Generate one workout program or a routine that schedules programs across selected training days.

Pick goals like general fitness, build muscle, lose fat, cardio, mobility, or recovery, then choose workout type and intensity.

Choose a practical session length from 20 to 120 minutes so the generated plan fits the time available.

Select location context

Generate a program for one location or build a routine across multiple locations and selected training days.

Schedule cadence

For routines, choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly cadence and keep training days within the app's planning limits.

Review generation history

Recent generator runs show status, output type, location, and creation time so members can revisit generated work.
